The Ronald McDonald House Charities of Eastern Iowa and Western Illinois helps families feel at home, even when they can’t be. They provide comfort, care, and kindness to families when they must travel for needed medical care for their child.

Join us for dinner and live music while supporting Iowa City Free Lunch. For over 40 years, they have served a free, filling, nutritious lunch to anyone who walks through the door — no questions asked, six days a week. This event helps keep that door open.

Neighborhood Centers work together with neighbors and neighborhoods to build better futures through education, outreach, and inclusive programs that celebrate diversity, strengthen families, and create safe spaces for community. They just built a new center on the east side of Iowa City.

All proceeds support the new playground at this Neighborhood Centers' location.

AFM Local 450 Benefit for KCCK Nov 9 @ Wildwood

The American Federation of Musicians Local 450 is proud to be sponsoring the second annual "RE-Union Blues" a benefit gig supporting KCCK's youth music programs at Wildwood Smokehouse and Saloon on Sunday November 1 from 4-6:30pm.

KCCK, Kirkwood CC's jazz and blues station, provides tremendous support for youth music in the Corridor, however they received a $150,000 budget cut when the CPB was eliminated. This is our chance to show union solidarity for KCCK's music education programs!

📝Silent Auction Special items including music lessons donated by some of the top teachers in eastern Iowa.
